Since our founding over ten years ago, our team at Kitchen Table Advisors has been guided by a collectively-held vision: one of a thriving food system in which regenerative farmers and ranchers are the leaders of a vibrant, community-based economy rooted in equity, empathy, and resilience. As Kitchen Table Advisors has grown, our staff and clients have been continually supported by our board, known as our Kitchen Cabinet.
With Kitchen Table Advisors’ recent transition to our own independent 501c3 organization, the Kitchen Cabinet officially transitioned from an advisory board to a governing Board of Directors. Board members provide key guidance to ensure we are best serving our clients alongside practicing democratic decision-making with our staff in support of KTA’s worker self-directed nonprofit structure. We’re grateful to the many individuals, including our farmer and rancher clients, who have shaped the trajectory of our organization by serving on the Kitchen Cabinet over the years.
